IRC-CEO is honored to be included in this year’s Transformative 25 List from the Collective Action for Just Finance for our Fresh Start Fund. The CAJF is a collective of funds, intermediaries, investors, and individuals who are shifting power and mobilizing capital for financial justice. CAJF selects funds, banks, and initiatives that are transforming finance for people and the planet. This is the fourth year the CAJF has put out a T25 List. The 90 funds, banks, and initiatives highlighted in the 2021-2024 T25 Lists have collectively raised $1.13 Billion Dollars in grant and investment capital.
To be selected, IRC-CEO needed to show how we seek returns of a social and relational nature through the deployment of integrated capital. Our model relies on the existing relationships between local community organizations and the populations they serve. This allows CEO to reach disconnected and financially excluded communities. These relationships between CEO, the local organization, and the client are what drives the impact in our model.
The Fresh Start Fund will be highlighted by this group throughout the year, placing us in front of investors to support our mission, as well as sharing insights from our work across the United States with other organizations working in the social impact finance space.
