CEO believes financial education combined with access to fair and responsible capital can help improve an individual’s financial power.
By partnering with local organizations, CEO can offer its loan products and loan management services to their Partners’ clients and amplify their existing programing (i.e. financial education, workforce development, and other technical assistance programs).
CEO currently operates through a network of 30+ partners across 18 states. Please visit our Help Center for the most up-to-date information on CEO’s partners and their loan offerings.
We are thankful for each of our community partners, the work they do, and the strong dedication to the communities they support. If your organization values financial education for your clients and is interested in becoming a CEO Partner, please fill out this form.
What we look for in partners:

Since CEO’s beginning, it has partnered with IRC offices across the U.S. to offer its loan products to primarily refugees and immigrants in conjunction with IRC’s financial empowerment programs. As CEO continues to expand its reach, it continues to establish unique partnerships with community-based organizations outside of the IRC. To learn more about CEO’s Partners, we encourage you to explore the map/list below.
CEO offers consumer loans through the IRC SAFE Program. Loans are available in states where CEO has a community-based partner.
CEO is also the business lender for the California Mosaic Small Business Center, which provides California’s entrepreneurs easy access to business technical assistance, training, and support.
CEO’s model is not just for refugees and immigrants. Many American-born citizens struggle with accessing affordable credit. CEO partners with a variety of community-based organizations across the country to meet these needs. Those partners include:
